  • No bidding. No 40-proposal scrum. We use AI matching to surface 3–5 right-fit developers, and we hold payment in escrow with milestone releases and a replacement guarantee.
  • Within 48 hours we assign a replacement at no extra cost to you. The penalty comes out of the original developer's deposit and platform standing — not yours.
  • Yes — open-source models end to end. Llama 3.3 70B for PRD generation and skill extraction, Whisper large-v3 for Hindi/Hinglish voice input, and BAAI/bge-m3 embeddings for matching, served on fast cloud inference.
  • We use Razorpay's escrow flow (Route product). Founder funds escrow before work begins; payment releases milestone-by-milestone on approval, or auto-releases after 72 hours of no action.
  • Hard to do, easy to detect. All messaging is in-app. Open-source PII scanners (Presidio + regex) auto-blur phone numbers, emails, UPI handles. Signed non-circumvention ToS at onboarding.
